Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, within walking distance from shopping and dining areas, and I loved that my room was away from the street. However, I wish there was air conditioning in the rooms.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, though facing a tram line, were fairly quiet and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist in planning activities. The dining options were limited, but the quality was decent. Overall, a good choice for its location and service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was larger than usual and quite comfortable, with a pleasant design and nice bathroom. However, the absence of a wardrobe was inconvenient, and only having 2 hangers by the door was not ideal. The service provided was friendly and comforting, but there were issues with the electronic lock system on the room doors. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city center and conveniently close to public transportation, although the noise from passing trams made the building shake at times. The dining experience was above average, offering a nice continental breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory, although the absence of certain amenities may be noted.
The hotel was in top condition and remained clean during our stay, despite being very quiet despite the proximity to the Hauptbanhof. The rooms with a connecting door and little 'sitting room' were spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The service was really nice, with helpful and friendly staff available even over Christmas and New Year. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and with easy access to public transport. The dining experience was above average, although slightly basic for the price. The facilities were satisfactory, with amenities meeting expectations.
The hotel is perfectly located between the train station and museums, offering spacious and tidy rooms with effective heating for those terrible weather days. The staff is incredibly friendly and even arranged a late check-out for us on short notice. The dining options were a bit limited but decent. The location is excellent for exploring Munich, being close to major attractions and transportation hubs.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the central station and ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side without A/C. The service is attentive and comforting, meeting requests promptly. The dining options are adequate but possibly limited. Overall, good value for the price.
The hotel rooms were really clean and fresh, but some facing the street were noisy and lacked soundproofing, affecting the overall experience. The proximity to the tram made it quite loud and shaky at times. Service was a mix of attentive and friendly staff alongside some less engaging moments. The location offered both convenience and drawbacks due to nearby undesirable businesses. Dining provided tasty options at an additional cost. Overall, the hotel had noticeable upsides and downsides.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, with a good shower and comfortable bed, which was perfect for what I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, situated between the train station and museums, all within walking distance to the city center. However, the room was extremely small with no closet, and there could have been more dining options available.
The hotel is in a superb location, just a short walk from the city center and the central station, offering easy access to major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all essentials for a comfortable extended stay. The service was generally courteous, with a hiccup in friendliness at times. The dining options were minimal but adequate for a quick meal. Overall, a great value for money option with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was comfortable and clean, uniquely located on the last floor with a roof window, which I loved. However, it got unbearably hot at night. The hotel's proximity to the tram and metro stations was convenient, but the noise from clubs across the street disturbed my sleep.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a convenient setup with connecting doors. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of key attractions in Munich. However, some noise disturbances were noted. The service was helpful but could be more attentive. The dining options were decent but a bit overpriced. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for the money.
The hotel rooms were spacious, nice, and tidy, with working heating ideal for the terrible weather. However, they were too warm despite the closed radiator. The service was accommodating, helpful with printing, and offered luggage storage options. The location was perfect for my needs, close to major city points and within walking distance of Oktoberfest. The dining, though good with excellent service, seemed limited in options. Overall, a cozy stay with some room temperature issues and satisfactory amenities.
